Pouch material structures (Barriers)

RuiHong Packaging delivers different types of pouch material structures, especially to protect the contents from the effects of oxidation, moisture, light, odour or combination of these. The company seeks to develop clear structures, metalized film structures, aluminium foil structures, kraft paper film structures, boilable structures and microwaveable structures for its stand up pouches, flat pouches, rollstock films and other flexible packaging products.

We design and develop pouch material structures which can be utilized for different purposes. Our Pouches are made of high-performance laminates and materials including: PET, OPA, PE, OPP, CPP, EVOH and many others. For more information please see the below list of materials with abbreviation and Glossary.standing pouch manufacturers
We select the material based on its property and the requirement of the client. Our production is determined by the total film structure for a specific application. For example, we prefer using aluminium foil for pouches if the client requires pouches with oxygen and moisture barrier properties. Polymers are used if the utility involves mechanical strength and stiffness, gas and water-vapour barrier, heat seal, adhesion and economics.

We determine the overall size and structure only based on your requirements.
