A1. Our delivery takes 15-30 days depending on your bags order quantity.

Q2. If I am planning to make an order for quad seal bags, what is your company’s minimum quantity?

A2. Our bags minimum quantity depends on the size of the bags you are ordering. Kindly get more details from our sales department.

Q3. If I am planning to order customized bags, what is your minimum quantity per order?

A3. In such a case, our minimum quantity per order is 30000-40000 bags

Q4. Is it possible to get your quad seal bag samples?

Sure; we will be glad to send you our quad seal bag samples. Kindly let us know your delivery address.

Q5. Will I need a special sealer for the four corner seal bags?

A5.Not at all, our bags are designed with perfect seals and add-ons. All to do is request the type you need.

Q6. How many colors can you print?

A6. We can print more than ten colors. Contact our sales department for more details.

Q7. Does your factory hold any Bag stock?

A7. Most of our productions are bespoke thus made on order. However, at times we have some quad seal bags leftovers of unprinted orders. Such is what we offer to our customers who need small quantities.

Q8.Is your service insured?

A8.All our services (Orders) are insured. It is a standard policy for mutual protection, both our customers and we.

Q9. How do I make payment?

A9.We accept T/T or L/C, also Paypal. But, we advise you to contact our sales department first before you make your payment. Additionally, see our privacy policy page.

Q10. What are the differences between stock products and custom products?

A10. Stock bags/products are simply those plain pouches/bag with no printing on them. Custom products are produced on order. This is where a client asks to have their company logo, name, ads, name, and other vital information printed on their bags which customers deem essential.

Q11. Do you make express deliveries?

A11. Sure. We can help with that but at an additional payment, we can go with DHL, UPS, FedEx.

Q12. Are your products safe for food packaging? Do have relevant certification or test report?

A12. We are ISO 9001 certified. All our packaging intended for food or pharmaceutical packaging are supplied or shipped with relevant certificates to ensure any required compliance. And we can offer ROHS and FDA test report from SGS.

Q13. Is it possible to get stock holding?

We offer stocks holding a wide range to suit your individual need.

Q14. How can I confirm you have received my order?

A14.After we have received your order details, our sales department will contact you.

Q15. Do you produce recyclable bags?

A15.Sure. All our products are FDA approved and eco-friendly.

Q16. How do I confirm quality before my order shipping is done?

A16.We allow third-party full or partial inspection; both after production and before shipping. Additionally, we can send sample bags to Intek and SGS for inspecting before shipping.
