For digital printing, MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces. For gravure printing (11-color), MOQ is typically 10,000 pieces due to cylinder costs. We accommodate trial orders for new clients.
We provide free existing samples for evaluation. Custom samples with your design and material will incur a sampling fee, which is fully refundable upon bulk order confirmation.
It depends on the product's sensitivity. For most dry foods, 7-12μm aluminium foil is sufficient. For high-fat, oxygen-sensitive, or long-shelf-life products, we recommend 20μm or 30μm. Our engineers will advise based on your target shelf life.
We offer structures with Kraft paper exterior for a natural look, and can incorporate recyclable mono-materials where possible. However, true biodegradability with aluminium barrier is challenging; we can discuss the best eco-friendly options for your brand.
Sampling: 5-7 days. Mass production: 15-20 days after sample approval, depending on order complexity and volume. Rush orders can be accommodated — please inform us early.
